URL: /admin/dashboard · Permission: dashboard → can_view
The Dashboard is the first page you see after logging in. It gives a one-glance summary of the business — customers, support tickets, billing, and (from here) staffing — plus quick links into the areas you use most.
Four cards across the top of the page, each just a label and a number:
| Card | Shows |
|---|---|
| Total Customers | Count of all non-deleted customers. Links to Customers. |
| Open Tickets | Support tickets currently in the open status — i.e. waiting on your team. Links to Tickets. |
| Invoices Due | Invoices with an unpaid status. |
| Total Leads | Count of all Leads in the pipeline. Links to the Leads list. |
If your login is scoped to a specific partner, the Customers/Tickets/Invoices/Leads numbers are automatically filtered to that partner only.
Right below the stat cards is a dedicated Staffing card that pulls live numbers from the Staffing module so you don't have to open it separately just to check headcount or approvals:
| Tile | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Employees | Total employees on record (active + terminated). |
| Checked In Today | Employees who have an attendance check-in for today's date. |
| Leave Pending | Leave requests awaiting a decision (Approve/Reject). |
| Loan Pending | Loan requests awaiting a decision. |
| Payroll Pending | Payroll runs that have not yet reached the final Approved stage. |
| This Month's Payout | Sum of net_pay across all payroll sheets already approved for the current calendar month. |
Click View Staffing on this card to open the full Staffing Overview page.
Below the Staffing summary: a short welcome message with three quick-access buttons: View Customers, View Tickets, and Settings. Use these to jump straight to the page you need without going through the top navigation.
A running log panel next to the Welcome card. It shows the latest system activity; when nothing has happened yet it simply shows "No activity yet".
The circular + button fixed to the bottom-right corner of every admin page is a shortcut to the Add Customer form — it follows you as you scroll and is always one click away.
